Requirements:
Application should be submitted and approved before commencement of project. Payment for application should be made with check, if paying the codes department. Cash can be used if paying the Town Clerk when picking up the issued permit.

Failure to obtain a permit PRIOR to starting project will result in a MINIMUM late fee of $200.00.
